The JDL Homes Team is a multiple award-winning company. They have been recognized by both the Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association – Ovation Awards and the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia – Georgie Awards
The JDL Team is the winner of two coveted Ovation Awards presented by the Greater Vancouver Home Builders.
Their innovative project ‘Cypress Mews’ project won both Best Townhome/Rowhome Community and the BC Housing Award for Excellence in Innovative Housing Choices. This project is a traditional arts-and- crafts styled, character four-unit home that blends perfectly into the established single-family neighbourhood while offering four distinct family homes.
Cypress Mews was also recognized with the top award – Best Multi-family Townhouse Development – Infill.
They were also finalists in Best Interior Design Display Suite and Best Kitchen. These categories identify the specific attributes within the projects, and help exemplify the quality and innovation of the winning projects.
It is very gratifying to receive recognition for this outstanding project. Together, with the entire team that designed and built this project, we couldn’t be prouder!
